Service Documentation

Before any crew arrives, we document the space — room by room, surface by surface — so the scope is fixed in writing, not assumed on arrival.

Crew works through a task-level checklist — not a general routine. Every item is sequenced and assigned; nothing moves forward until the prior step is complete.

A lead reviews the completed work against the original scope before the crew leaves the property. Issues are addressed on-site, not reported after the fact.

Recurring clients receive a written service record after each visit — what was done, by whom, and against which checklist. No ambiguity about what occurred.
